Luxury Furniture Rental FAQs

Do you rent out for more than 4 weeks?

No. In most of the cases, rented products need to be back in store after a month. However, some exceptions could be made depending on the product and its availability.

Are we able to purchase a product we have rented?

If a product has been rented off the showroom floor, the renter would have to check if this product is available for sale. As well the balance would have to be cleared before purchasing the product.

Who is responsible for the transportation of the products rented?

Transportation is usually the responsibility of the renter. However, Modern Sense offers different delivery options. Please call the store at 416-746-9381 to find out more.

What is the minimum rent period?

There is no minimum period of time rather it is a weekly rental period. But if you wish to return the item sooner than the week, we will be happy to take it back.If you are interested in renting the product even for a day, we can work on that with you. How can I view the products available for rent?
